What is this store's return and exchange policy?
14 Day Return/Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange your on-line purchases within the first 14 days. Returns and exchanges exceeding $100 will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a a copy of your original invoice noting the items you are returning. Also please explain what you would like us to do (exchange for what or why returned). All returns or exchanges MUST be accompanied by the Invoice, be returned in the original packaging and be in the same condition it was shipped to you in. All merchandise must be returned free from any defect and must have the handtags still attached. We will not accept any return if the item has been damaged for any reason. Returns will be credited back to the same credit card as the one original charge.
Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on accidental breakage.
If returning to us by mail, we recommend that you send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or insured mail) and you may want to insure your package. The Jewelry Bucket is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping.
Please contact (email@example.com) within two days upon receipt of your order. Be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item(s) you are wanting to return. You must make this request and return the item(s) within 14 days to qualify (less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee). You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
All items marked 'Clearance' are excluded from this policy and are not refundable.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
No, we only accept orders placed in the USA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
