• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Your 100% satisfied is our purpose; Returns are accepted in original/sealed condition within 3 days from date of delivery. Used/unsealed items will not be accepted; Buyer will be responsible for return & shipping cost; Shipping fees are not refundable. If we make a mistake we will resend item by our expense and will pay you same shipping cost we charged you for return shipping cost. When you receive the item, please remember to make sure it's not damaged, if it's damaged, please refuse the package. This is to protect you, and us. If you are not happy with your transaction, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right. We value your business and will try our best to resolve any problems with your order.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
