• Where does this store ship from?

  I'm located in the U.S.A (in California).

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Unfortunately, because it would be a sanitary issue; I will not accept returns. If you are not happy with your product, please CONTACT ME and I will do the best I can to keep you satisfied.

• If I purchase prints and eyeshadows, why will they be mailed separately?

  The eyeshadows are packaged in jars and are usually mailed out in bubble mailers. If I put an art print in there, usually they will get bent because of the shape of the jars of the eyeshadows. If I mail them separately, it'll ensure that they don't come to you distorted.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days (from the stated turnaround time) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do I have to pay tax on any of the items?

  Unfortunately, if you live in California I have to charge tax (8.75%).

• Do you repackage your products?

  No, I do not do any repacks! I hand blend and mix all of my eyeshadows.

• I see a lot of art in your packaging and on your site, is it yours?

  All of the art you see on the packaging is done by me, unless otherwise specified. Even then, I have permission from the artist to use it.

• Who did your logo?

  The logo was designed by me and drawn by my friend Tabitha Turunen. She's an amazing artist! ^_^

• Will you add more than just eyeshadows in the future?

  Of course I will. I'm thinking of adding my art and I've been toying with the idea of making blushes (because I LOVE blushes :D)! But this will be in the future.

• How is your shipping calculated?

  U.S. Shipping: Flat rate $3.50 International: $3.50 + $0.10 (each extra item; unless it has free shipping) Australia: Flat rate $5
