  we will exchange if its OUR mistake, but there are NO refunds/exchanges for dislikes on items imaged.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Are prices negotiable?

  Yes they are. Just send us a email on any item you are interested in and we will discuss lowering the price.

• Can my logo be put on your products?

  yes. we image any logo, design, or picture on our products in full color by way of ink and heat. its not stuck on, its not vinyl. Its PERMANENT!!!
