What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, you may return or exchange the item for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if the item is returned within 10 business days and is in brand new condition (not washed, worn, damaged, etc.)
Please contact me prior to returning an item so I can be on the lookout for it. Refunds will be issued once I have received the item in new condition.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! All international orders will be invoiced via Paypal for any additional shipping cost. Once the invoice is paid, your order will ship. Any over payments in shipping will be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are ready to ship and will be mailed within 3 business days after payment clears. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What if there is a problem with my item?
I offer a 60 day warranty on my products. This covers all workmanship defects on construction such as elastics, Aplix, snaps, seams etc. Please note that fabric wear is NOT a workmanship defect. Cloth diapers are a heavy use item and with general use and care, the fabrics will shrink, fade, pill, and/or breakdown over time. Fabrics will also wear differently depending on your water, wash routine, detergents etc.
I stand by my products and take great care to offer a quality well made product. After you receive your item if you notice a defect I will be happy to address the problem by either repairing or replacing the defected item at no cost to you.
