If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. How to Return/Exchange If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available. Please fill out the Return/Exchange form completely and enclose it with the items you are returning. 1. Pre-address Return Labels Returns and Exchanges are now easier than ever. You now have the option of returning items from your mailbox if within the United States. UPS LABEL Take your package to a UPS drop-off location or give it to any UPS driver. When you choose our pre-paid label option, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund for return Shipping & Handling costs. Only returns from within the United States can utilize the pre-paid return label. If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-paid return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address below. If you do not use the pre-paid return label, you will not incur the $5.99 return fee. Please retain the applicable tracking number from your return label to track your package.
