• Can I customize the ships for my pet?

  Sure you can! Just email us at: petships@gmail.com with the subject marked "Customize my ship" and make sure to include your name, order number, and pet's name, and information of what you want done with the ship. One of our employees will then contact you and work out all of the details.

• Where can I see more pictures of the ships?

• Where does this store ship from?

  Cleveland, Ohio

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If it is broken, or damaged, send it back, we will fix it up and send it right back. If you just don't like it, well we can offer you some money back.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are currently looking into shipping internationally, so for right now, no, but the future looks good!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Building the ships can take as long as a week or less, but once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
