• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund. If your package has not arrived and the delivery confirmation states that it has been delivered, I would highly recommend speaking with your P.O. and/or postman/woman. If the package still isn't found, I will refund the money or send a replacement if able. I do keep records of lost package reports in order to reduce any false reporting.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I do accept orders from outside of the US. It is hard to estimate shipping in my listings because every destination is different. If you are an international buyer and end up overpaying on shipping I will refund the difference. Please convo with any questions.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
