• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Expedited shipping is available.

• Can I pick up my order locally?

  Yes, and save shipping costs! We are conveniently located in SW Gainesville. Please contact us for arrangements.

• How are shipping and handling charges determined?

  We are offering free shipping at this time for domestic sales. Our overseas shipping charges reflect carrier's rates, the packaging materials, and time involved to fill the orders. It is more economical the more items you purchase. We hope you find it reasonable.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may return any damaged or defective items within seven days from when you receive your order. Please send an email to gatorcreator@cox.net specifying why you are returning the item. You will be given an address to send the item to. You are responsible for paying for any shipping. Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling. You can also deliver it personally, but it must be arranged ahead of time. Your refund will be given to you at that time.

• How do I know the product will fit?

  We try to include measurements on each item. Please check your size before ordering.

• A discount code is not working

  First check that all letters are upper case and there are no hyphens. If it still doesn't work please send us an email immediately. A return email will will arrive within 24 hours with a solution.

• Who makes the merchandise?

  Your order helps to support indigenous Mayan women in the highlands of Guatemala who handcraft our jewelry and accessories from the finest materials. The economy is much worse in Guatemala than here. Thanks for supporting these women who benefit from your purchase.
