• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I will allow returns or exchanges for items that arrive in poor condition; otherwise, sales are final.

• Where does this store ship from?

  All my items ship from southeastern Pennsylvania.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely, and they are shipped out at the same time as domestic orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship regularly on Thursdays. Once shipped, most domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping deliveries may take a few weeks, again depending on your local service and on customs.

• How can I place a custom order?

  If you'd like custom artwork or sculpture done, please feel free to contact me personally through Storenvy, email, or any of my art gallery sites with your idea. I'd love to talk to you about it.

• You say your charms are "handmade" - what exactly does that mean?

  Every handmade charm I sell is individually sculpted, painted, glazed, and assembled. No two are exactly alike because of this, though I may reuse a pattern to create more of the same type of charm.

• How big are your charms?

  The average size of a dangle-tail charm is about 2" from head to tailtip; those without tails are smaller. Size may vary by design.
