• Where does this store ship from?

  We are located in Raleigh, NC.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not take returns. Everything is new when it leaves our hands. If you are worried about the postal system, PLEASE request insurance and we will add it to your total. We also highly recommend DELIVERY CONFIRMATION in the US - this can be had for an extra $.60. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Just remember though, we definitely don't gouge on shipping, but it IS EXPENSIVE to ship overseas.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Media mail can take 2-4 weeks. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
