• Where does this store ship from?

  United States of America

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You are able to exchange your item within 30 days. You will also have to pay for shipping. After we receive the item, we will send you the exchange item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We currently do not. Maybe in the future!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  After we receive your payment, we will ship it to you within 1-2 days. Standard mail arrives 5-10 business days. First-class/priority mail arrives in 2-5 business days.

• What will the products be attached to?

  The bows will either be attached with a bobby pin or an alligator clip and the charms will be attached with a lobster-like clip.

• It seems like forever and my item still hasn't come yet! Where is it?

  If you haven't received an email from us stating that we have shipped out your item, please contact us! We will email you back as soon as possible to try to resolve the problem.
