• Where does this store ship from?

  The items ship from a smoke free home in Jacksonville, Florida.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All PreMade items may be returned after 7 days for full refund if not satisfied with product. Store credit will be given after 7 days, but no more than 14 days. All custom made items may be returned after 7 days for store credit ONLY. No exchanges

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I currently do not ship outside of the US unless it is to an APO or FPO address.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• May I pick my item up locally?

  Of course. I currently live in the Jacksonville, FL area. If you would like to come by, shoot me an email and I will send you directions to meet me.
