• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I make every effort to describe the products accurately but if for some reason you receive something, and it wasn't what you were expecting please contact me right away. I want to make every effort to do the right thing by my customers. If you'd like to return or exchange the item, mail it back with delivery confirmation and I will issue your refund or send out the new item as soon as I receive the original piece. If your package was damaged in any way by the post office please contact me right away. While I can't take responsibility for their actions, I will do my very best to make sure my customers don't suffer because of it either. Please understand that all refund and exchange requests must be placed within 45 days of your original order date.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I can only currently take orders from the US (including APO/FPO) and Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Ready to ship items are usually mailed out within 48 hours of payment being recieved. Custom items are usually shipped within 2 to 7 days of payment being recieved depending on the complexity and current order volume. Please let me know if you need something by a specfic date so I can ensure you have your items in time. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Canadian and APO/FPO shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Unless specifically requested otherwise, I ship all orders weighing less than 13 ounces via US First Class Mail and all orders weighing more than 13 ounces via US Priority Mail. All additional shipping charges for other methods of delivery will be incurred by the customer. All orders will have Delivery Confirmation numbers that you should receive in an email from Paypal once your order ships.
