• Where does this store ship from?

  Some of our items ship from Vancouver, Washington and a few ship from Guyton, Georgia.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Write us with any problems or issues and we'll do our best to resolve them. If you have a problem with a product you can ship it back for a refund/exchange.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why does the book cost $20 when paperbacks at barnes and noble cost around 12 or 15 bucks?

  Publishers order those books in tens of thousands or sometimes much more, making bulk printing costs very, very low. the markup price on such a book is actually much higher than mine. i have my books printed in very small quantities making the cost per book substantially higher, meaning i have to sell them for more.

• Why is shipping 4 dollars? It doesn’t cost that much to mail a book.

  You’re paying for shipping and handling meaning not only postage fees, but packaging as well.

• just how “mature” does a reader have to be? can my young child or sibling read the book?

  if you’re not sure, read it yourself first. Josh's novels havean important message and center, but they go through some unflinchingly dark and disturbing places on the way.
