• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  At this time we only offer an exchange policy. Our top priority is for you to LOVE your one of a kind purchase, so if you are unhappy with an item, please email us at calistamiakoda@live.com. State what the problem is with your item and give details on why you want to exchange it. We'll then give you the address to send your item. Once we receive your returned items {in the same condition that they were sent} we will then send you a store credit for the amount of your purchase, minus shipping and handling! Items bought with store credit are final sale.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How can I tell if an item will fit me?

  Our items are given an approximate size, such as XS, S, M, L, XL, this refers to what the garment fits like, but should not determine whether or not the garment will fit you. We measure all of our garments laying flat and recommend that you compare measurements to an item you already own. Just lay an item of your own out on a flat surface, matching the fit you want. Take measuring tape or a ruler and measure the bust (underarm seam to underarm seam), waist and hips. DOUBLE your measurements to take into account the back and front of the garment. Now compare with our measurements! Please remember that the measurements given are NOT body measurements. They are garment measurements and should be slightly bigger than your body measurements. SHOES: The inside length is measured from the toe to heel on the inside sole of the shoe. The shoes shape can make measuring the inside length vary {for example a pointy toes shoe will result in a longer inside length whereas a rounded toe shoe will be shorter}. Be sure to COMPARE measurements with a similar toed shoe in your closet that fits well to determine the size.

• Are these items washed?

  Most of our items are cleaned in house. For dryclean only garments, we recommed getting them professionally cleaned as we do not usually provide this service.
