  Asian Fashion on StoreNVY is an online fashion store located in Arizona, USA. We specialize in Taiwan, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Hong Kong fashion clothing, jewelries, and accessories. All our products are imported from Asia. We bring in latest fashion styles from Asia. We have many different styles available, such as cute daily clothing, hot and sexy party dresses, formal dresses, elegant dress, and casual clothing. We have both in-stock and pre-order items. • Where does this store ship from?

  Instock items are shipped from Arizona, USA. Preorder items are imported from Asia to Arizona, USA then shipped to the customers.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We accept returns within 7 days. We offer both store credit and refund. Please contact us if you need to process a return/refund order.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do ship internationally. Please note that shipping fees are a lot higher for international orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for available items. Please see questions below for pre-order items.

• How long does it take to process pre-order items?

  For pre-order items, it takes 7-20 business days for us to receive the items. Once the items are received, we will mail it out the following business day.

• How much is the shipping and handling?

  Our shipping and handling fee is $4.50 for the first item, then per additional item is $0.50 for US orders and $11.50 for the first item, then per additional item is $1 for international orders. For international orders, we recommend contacting us first to see if we could lower your shipping cost.

• When will my order be shipped?

  We usually ship out items the next business from Monday to Friday. Places placed on weekend will be shipped out the following Monday.

• How do I change or cancel an order?

  If your order has not been shipped out yet, you may contact us to make change. Once the order is shipped out, we will not be able to make any change or cancel the order.

• Do you offer discount coupons?

  Yes, we do! Please see the question before for current available coupons.

• What discount coupons are available?
