• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do. All orders outside the US will be shipped out Express + Tracking number <3

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday thru Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Ship time is 3-5 business days depending on your location.

• My package has been lost. What do I do?

  Please make sure to submit the correct address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost. Once your package leaves our premise we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send for you. Once we send the liability is between you and USPS; however, we will do our best to help you find your package since each order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• How often do you restock? When do new arrivals come in?

  New arrivals are posted weekly! Sneak peaks of what's coming in are posted on our IG. We encourage customers to follow us @ootdfash on IG to stay updated and get first looks at new items! We restock as often as we are able to. Items that we plan on restocking have an estimated restock date in their description. Unfortunately, we are not able to restock everything since it depends on our vendor's availability of the item and in most cases, our vendors sell out and discontinue the pieces.
