What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Your item will be custom made per your order details, please make sure you communicate with me on your expectations. I am confident enough in my descriptions and pictures that I feel I am giving an honest and precise sense of what each item is like in person. Since many if not most of my items are made up as I get the orders, returns are not accepted UNLESS the item arrives damaged.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
At this time, I am willing to ship anywhere within the U.S. and Canada. If you're outside of these areas and would like to make a purchase, please contact me so we can discuss shipping options.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If you have purchased a "ready to ship" item, it will be shipped the following business day pending the acknowledgement of payment.
If you have placed a custom order, I will not begin production until payment is received. If your order requires me to buy an embellishment from another vendor, such as a patch, you should factor in their ship time to you wait time to receive your item. I work as quickly as I can to get your purchase on it's way to you! Under normal circumstances, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be made. This time frame can and will change depending on the amount of orders I currently have. During the fall and winter seasons I am the busiest so if you want to make a purchase, please take that into consideration. I also offer an option to rush and bump your order to be made much sooner. There is a $15 fee per item if you choose this. Please discuss with me BEFORE making your purchase.
Shipping will be through USPS Priority or First Class Mail, with delivery confirmation. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Are these items brand new?
Yes. They have only ever been worn for the purpose of modeling the item to give you the best possible idea of how it will look on. All items are made in a smoke free home.
How do I care for my purchase?
I recommend ALL of my items to be hand washed and dried flat or tumble dried on the lowest setting. Do not wring or iron any of my items.
Can I order more than one of an item?
Yes! Most hats may be duplicated. If you need more than one like item, please let me know and I will do my best to get them to match as closely as I can. Some embellishments may no longer be available. If that is the case, I will let you know immediately.
There are times that I use an "OOAK" (one of a kind) yarn. Under those circumstances, I will not be able to duplicate the item that is made from the OOAK yarn exactly. I can use that same skein of yarn to make a second item but they will never be exactly alike; however, that is the beauty of OOAK yarn. It is often hand spun and hand died to achieve uniqueness!
