• Where does this store ship from?

  Everything from Mellow Phone Printing ships from Jamestown, NY.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We will gladly exchange any clothing item for a different size if you ordered the wrong size. Shipping will be at your expense. If we are in error we will do whatever it takes to right the wrong.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please contact us before checking out so we can make sure we can ship to you.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders for stocked items will ship within 48 hours. All custom orders will ship within 3 days of approval of art. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
