• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us. Refunds and exchanges of unopened and unused products are accepted within 48 hours upon you receiving your order. If you chose to return your items, just simply mail them back. Once I receive the products back, I will issue a refund via paypal. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. I am not responsible for any loss or damage due to delivery. Sale items are non-refundable.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How are the products mailed?

  Orders are shipped through USPS in a bubble wrap envelope made from recycled materials. If you purchase a larger order, shipping materials will change accordingly. ***Please kindly understand that shipping cost include postage, packing material, and transaction cost.

• Are your products tested on animals?

  No testing is carried out on animals.

• Are the product's ingredients hypo-allergenic?

  We use only established ingredients approved by the FDA. All products are hypo-allergenic and non-comedogenic.

• Where can I find a list of ingredients in the products?

  Contact me via email and I will happily send them to you. Ingredients are listed on each product.

• A color I like is listed as "Sold Out." When will I be able to purchase it?

  If a product is listed as "Sold Out" this is a temporary issue. It may take up to 2 weeks before that item is back up for sale.

• Do you offer wholesale pricing?

  Yes! Lollipop Cosmetics sells really well in boutiques! If you are interested in purchasing products for your store or boutique, send me an email.

• Do you have to create a paypal account to purchase?

  You sure don't. You do not have to create an account in order to purchase.

• What other methods of payment do you except other than paypal?

  Paypal is the only method of payment we currently except.
