• Where does this store ship from?

  Since all of our items are digital, there will be no need for shipping.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  You may receive a 50% deposit if your digital invitation has not been emailed to you yet. This is to cover the cost of what work has already been done on your invitation. If you have already received your invitation or announcement than unfortunately there is no refund or exchange.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! We are a Canadian based company, and since everything is digital we can service the globe.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once you have placed your order you will need to contact us with the details you would like on your invitation or announcement. Within 24-48 hours you should receive a digital file in your email. If it is a print and you would like no modifications than within 24 - 48 hours as well.
