• Where does this store ship from?

  Depending on the item, it ships from Asia, or New York itself! Most items will take around 2 weeks to arrive, so please be patient! Most of my items are fairly cheap + free shipping, so please do not expect a fast delivery rate. If you're interested in FASTER shipping for a larger price, please contact me and I'll get back to you at smileyfaceshop@

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not take refunds unless your situation is reasonable. I do give refunds if your order has not been marked as ''shipped''. Please email me for more details at smileyfacestorenvy@gmail.com.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes I do! :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  If you are located in the United States, packages will arrive in 2-3 weeks depending on where you live. It is about the same for any other continent EXCEPT for Asia, which will only take about 3-7 days.

• Where is this store located?

  There are two locations, one is in New York and one is in Asia!
