• Where does this store ship from?

  I ship from where ever we are stationed at the time. We move a lot. Products will be shipping from the United States. For specifics please contact me at thebluejar@yahoo.com.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If there is an issue with your product please contact me at thebluejar@yahoo.com. We will come up with a solution. Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. Only jars that are returned full with receive a refund via paypal.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  The Blue Jar ships to addresses within the United States. I also ship to APO addresses around the world. If it difficult to track the packages shipped to APOs so order early to allow it plenty of time to reach it's destination. Also, a tracking number cannot be supplied for overseas packages. I have personally sent several boxes to APO addresses around the world, and they reach their destination on average in nine days. • How long will it take to receive my order?

  Ready to ship products are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment. Arrival dates greatly depend on the efficiency of your local postal service. Most packages are shipped priority mail and can make it to US addresses in 3-5 days. APO addresses will take longer. They can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to be delivered.
