• A little about Dellamore:

  Hi there, My name is Luna and I am the owner/creator of Dellamore! It's so nice to meet you. Thank you so much for visiting my shop, I really hope you'll enjoy my handmade items! What does Dell'amore mean? It's latin for "of love" o 3o Pronounced: Deh La Moh-r *Try to get really fancy and roll that 'R' at the end, but it's okay if you can't lol. All my items are extremely limited to availability, once an item is sold out I may or may not continue it's production depending on supply availability and such. Because each item sold is made 100% by hand with lots love and care to the tiniest detailing, please keep in mind that exact detailing such as color of supplies used and/or embellishment placement may vary from item to item as compared to example photos seen online. Example photos are sometimes lightened to a slight approximation of the actual color to show detail where natural lighting was not possible. Although I try my very best to keep it right on, the exact colors seen may also vary due to monitor resolution and personal settings. • Where does this store ship from?

  Dellamore is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, in the always beautiful sunny state of California!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  *Domestic US Shipping* Shipping Service/type: USPS FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE Time Frame: USPS First-Class Mail service does not guarantee exact delivery dates. However it is known to deliver anywhere in the United States within 3 business days in most cases after your item has been dropped off. Tracking: USPS Tracking IS ALWAYS included with every domestic purchase to ensure a safe and quick delivery. An automated e-mail will be sent to your corresponding PayPal e-mail address with tracking information, which allows you to track your package online. Upgrade Delivery Service: If you prefer to upgraded to USPS PRIORITY MAIL, which has a guaranteed and expedited delivery date of 2 - 3 days. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Please be sure to carefully read and understand shipping terms (below) before completing your purchase. *International Shipping* Shipping Service/type: USPS FIRST-CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE Price: Shipping cost is calculated by zones. Base cost includes the cost of a Certificate of Mailing. This is not tracking or insurance. Time Frame: USPS First-Class Package International service does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Delivery time varies by destination. *Important Shipping Notice: I ship out International orders ONCE a week usually on Fridays! Due to the rising cost of gasoline here in the US I am unable to make multiple trips to the post office for only one or two packages a day. I hope you can all understand this may cause a short delay within shipping. So, if you order on Wednesday - Friday chances are it will be shipped the following week if the item is not already pre-made (ex: custom made items).
