• Where does this store ship from?

  For a small fee, all Nicole Hanna Jewelry purchases are shipped from Chesterfield, Michigan via First Class USPS shipping (unless otherwise directed) with delivery confirmation, and will arrive in a black or white jewelry gift box with cotton insert. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders to arrive, and no less than five business days for all other general purchases. International customers are asked to allow no less than 10 business days for priority packages, and no less than 20 business days for all other shipping methods. Insurance, priority mail and delivery confirmation are optional charges, dependent upon the total of your purchase. If you would like to add these security measures, please inform me before completion of your purchase so your bill may be modified to reflect these changes. Your purchase is not otherwise guaranteed during the shipping process. Delivery confirmation is not available for international customers. Nicole Hanna Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees associated with international deliveries. Please check with your local postal authorities concerning any customs regulations that might be of note before completing your purchase.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Nicole Hanna Jewelry does not issue refunds. Exchanges or store credits may be applied within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, for domestic orders, and 45 days of purchase date for international orders, independent of shipping costs. Please contact the seller within five business days to arrange the exchange or return. Item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unused, at the customer's cost, though no replacement shipping charges are applied.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most standard, domestic orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive dependent upon the efficiency of your local mail service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks for standard orders.

• Custom Orders

  Simply contact Nicole Hanna with details regarding your order and receive a price quote within 24 hours. A non-refundable deposit of 50% (via Paypal email invoice) is required before your custom order is processed, and will be credited to the purchase total upon it's completion. Your finished product will be posted upon it's completion and full payment must be processed before order is shipped. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion and arrival of your custom order. Rush orders are considered for an additional fee.

• Jewelry Care

  Do not shower, sleep, expose your creations to harsh chemicals such as those found in hot tubs or swimming pools, or exercise while wearing your Nicole Hanna Jewelry creations. Do not wear your jewelry while applying hairspray, lotions or other skincare products. Do not clean your creations with an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or abrasive fabrics. For Sterling, Fine or Argentium Silver or Gold and Gold-Fill ONLY, a dime-sized drop of Dawn dish-washing detergent, luke-warm water, and a soft, dry polishing cloth should suffice. For natural copper creations ONLY, clean GENTLY with a tbs of Worcestershire Sauce and soft polishing cloth. Note: Colored copper creations are coated with a tarnish-resistant layer and cannot be cleaned. Please store all creations in a zip-lock bag or air-tight container when not in use. Avoid intense and/or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Some stones are sensitive to the sun and colors may become muted if exposed for a great length of time.

• Wholesale

  Nicole Hanna is not considering wholesale orders, or consignment agreements, at this time. Also, it is considered an infringement upon the legal rights of the creator to purchase and re-sell Nicole Hanna Jewelry or Tutorials without the express written consent of its creator. It is considered theft of intellectual and creative property, and will result in legal recourse.
