• Where does this store ship from?

  All items are shipped from San Francisco, CA.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Please note that we only offer exchange or store credit. It is important to us that your return/exchange be as pleasant and hassle free as possible. Please follow the guidelines below, and if you have any questions or concerns, please email customerservice@dollydahl.com. If you would like to return your order, it must be delivered back to us within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Items received after 14 days will be returned to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. When shipping your item back to us we recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, and be bagged. Items that are not returned as stated above will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you. This is necessary for us to maintain quality. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please email us at customerservice@dollydahl.com.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do! All items shipped outside of the US are shipped using USPS First Class mail. If you require expedited shipping or special instructions please email us at customerservice@dollydahl.com

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Our Standard US Shipping uses USPS Priority Mail which takes between 3-5 days depending on your location. Our Expedited US Shipping uses USPS Express Mail which takes between 1-3 days depending on your location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. • I have some questions about sizing

  We update each product with specific sizing information for that garment. Depending on fabric and cut, some clothing may be cut smaller than others. Please check clothing description prior to ordering. If you have questions about fit just email customerservice@dollydahl.com we are always happy to help!
