• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I want you to love what you buy from my store! So if you are not satisfied with the item purchased, please let me know ASAP. You have a 5 day window from when you receive the item to request a return or exchange. Please ship the product back and a refund or replacement will happily be issued upon its arrival. I strongly reccommend you include a tracking number for package location purposes. And please let me know your reason for sending it back so that I can make my products better.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I can accept orders from the US and Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. All packages will have a tracking number, so you will know exactly where your item is during shipment.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Yes! Just send me a message describing what you want, and i'll create the piece. It will be listed on my page as a custom order with your first name, and i'll send you an e-mail to let you know it is done...usually in about 2-3 days. You can then claim the item by purchasing it as you would normally. If it is not quite what you envisioned, then no problem! If the item is not claimed within 4 days, then I will take the "custom order" status off of the listing and it will be fair game to anyone who wants to purchase it.
