  I've ordered the Keepsake Box a long time ago, but it's still awaiting shipment. How long am I supposed to wait? I sent the owner of the shop 2 messages, but there's still no reply. I'm leaving UK in the end of May, so it might be that I'll not be able to receive my order at all!

  I ordered products from this store a month ago and I still have not received anything. the shopkeeper does not answer my mail .. I do not know what to do .. I tried to conttatare "Storenvy" but nobody answered ...
