  Independence, Missouri.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Everything is made to order, no returns or refunds unless the item(s) we mailed to you were either wrong, or defected. We are not responsible for return shipping fees.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As of right now no.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Every product is made to order. It usually takes 2-3 days to hand-make the products. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• Is everything hand-made?

  Yes! I personally make every product and is made once the order is placed.
