All paper goodies are made with high quality acid and lignin free paper products. Everything is hand-cut with care.
Most of my items are Made to Order. Please allow extra time before shipping them out.
Please check all item descriptions carefully before purchasing them. I try to give you as much details as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions about any of my items.
To save paper and trees, a paper invoice/receipt will NOT be included with your parcel. You may always print a copy from your Storenvy purchases page or PayPal transaction details.
PRIVACY POLICY . . . .
Your privacy is very important. I will never share any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties. I only collect information that you give me through the ordering process for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

PAYMENT POLICY
• I accept payments from PayPal (US and International). It's fast, easy and secure. It has a buyer and seller protection feature.
• Please note that you don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase. Major credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover logos can be used and are processed through PayPal.
• PayPal Bill Me Later ( A PayPal Service ) is also available and subject to credit approval.
• I am required by law to collect sales tax in the following state: California. The current tax rate in my area is 7.250%.
• Full payment is due at the time of purchase. If payment is not received at the time of purchase, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and return the item(s) to inventory unless prior arrangements have been made.

Can i pay using my credit card?
Yes. Major credit and debit cards are welcome. They are processed through PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to use your card. Just make sure you have a valid e-mail address because all payment confirmation as well as shipping notification will be sent to that email address.

Items will ship from Roseville, CA United States.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
NOTE: Custom orders are non-refundable.
Due to the handmade nature of my products, I offer refund for DAMAGED or LOST item(s) only. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for an exchange of another product of your interest that i currently have in my shop.
Returns should be made within 5 days of when the purchase is received. Shipping cost to return the item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price less any shipping will be made promptly via PayPal once item(s) has been received by me. Please contact me right away if there's a problem with your order, I will immediately review your situation. In most cases a full refund or replacement will be issued -- I want all my customers to be happy! :)

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes. The following Countries are welcome to purchase from my shop.
Canada
Australia
United Kingdom

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Orders: 3 to 5 business days.
International Orders: 2 to 5 weeks and possibly longer.
Shipping times will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What is your Shipping Policy?
• For my U.S. customers, i ship via USPS First Class mail and USPS Priority mail.
• Shipping charges cover actual shipping cost, packaging material cost and time spent to package up your order so that you receive it in the best of care!
NOTE: USPS postal rates have increased as of January 22, 2013.
• For my International customers, i ship via US Postal Service First Class International. All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value buyer paid for the items. Buyer is responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of the purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to 5 weeks.
Also note: Order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail.
• If you would like insurance or other shipping services such as registered mail, be mindful that i can be very expensive.
• If for any reason your Storenvy mailing address does not match your PayPal address, Please leave a note upon checking out or contact me to avoid any confusion and delays in processing your order. Orders that are returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense.
• I will ship your order in 3 business days after receiving cleared payment and obtaining all the correct shipping information if necessary.
• Shipping and Handling fees are subject to change at any time.
My Store's current shipping rates are as follows:
United States - $2.00 and $0.50 each additional item
Canada - $7.00 and $0.50 each additional item
Australia and UK - $9.00 and $0.50 each additional item

Can i cancel my order?
Once transaction is complete, it can no longer be cancelled. However, I can issue a full refund if you contact me within a short period prior to shipping. If your item(s) has shipped, you have to return it back for a refund. Please refer to my shipping and return policies. Thank you.
