• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. In order to track and insure your order, our packages are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. A street address is needed for shipping purposes. No P.O. Box numbers will be accepted.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 21 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. You can return unused items within 21 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Magnolia Ave. Chicago, IL 60640 Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please email Leah@Be-Blocks for further assistance. • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  International orders are accepted with an additional fee depending on weight and location.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
