Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

We ship from Indianapolis, Indiana, city of, yanno, circles and racecars and stuff. Crossroads of America and all that. Things tend to go out via USPS because this dude at the post office has been giving me the eye and it's adorable.
• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Due to shipping costs, refunds and exchange requests because of buyers remorse will not be accepted. If there is a problem with the merchandise upon arrival, please take a photo and Contact Us with what's up.
• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Sure dude, we'll send you stuff. I think the only place our delivery service can't go is the moon, so all you fools living in the Sea of Tranquility are out of luck.
• How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Of course, that all goes out the window if the Postman goes on a week long bender and gets maudlin. Maybe seeing a package from us to you will send him in to a fit of despair because he knows, he knows that you didn't buy whatever is in the package for him because you don't care, you never cared, and he'll cry and cry until you and your package are long forgotten. Hug a Postman today.
• Who designs all this stuff?

Most everything you see is design and (sometimes) handmade by Samantha Kyle, and a few prints were effervescently illustrated by Lee Cherolis. These two rough-and-tumble artists are hopelessly married to Design and each other. It's kind of a win-win situation.
• Hey man how big are these dice bags!

Since our bags are hand made, they vary slightly in size. Each one is photographed holding approximately 70 dice, but you could conceivably put other stuff in them too, like a phone or a deck of cards or a can of soup. I just checked, they definitely hold a can of condensed chicken & noodle soup. There was even room in there for a few of those little packs of saltines or oyster crackers.
• Your prints are pictured in a black frame... will my prints come in a frame?

Nope, sorry. All prints are sent via shipping tube, which is a bit to small to fit frames in. I mean, they'd get all bent and awful, and we don't want you to have awful things, so you see where we're going here. This is why you can have nice things!
• I heard you like mudkips.

The hell you say! Who have you been talking to? Mudkips, feh!
