• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. Please email for RMA # this must accompany return or shipment will not be accepted. Thank you.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Orders usually ship out within 24 business hours. Please keep in mind these times are for shipping, as every item is made for you when you order it. The time it takes to create your order depends on what you order. You will be notified when they ship.

  YES they are! These are hand crafted items, slight variations may occur. They are made for you when your order is placed.

• Do you take custom orders?

  We sure do! There is a $10 custom order fee, and a $5.00 restocking fee for all declined designs. Email us for more information.

• What ages are your accessories for?

  Our accessories may be used for all ages! However some are more suited for younger children than others. Please also remember these are not toys, and smaller children should always be supervised.
