• Where does this store ship from?

  CCV Mart has three warehouse locations. Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Kentucky. Items are shipped from the warehouse that we have them stocked in.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  WARRANTY, RETURN and EXCHANGE Information: All of our Recertified Computer Systems come with a 30-Day Hardware Warranty from the date of purchase. This would include the Hard Drive, DVD/CDRW Drive, Memory, Motherboard Components, Video Card, Port Inputs and All Cabling/Wiring. This warranty DOES NOT cover any damage, viruses, abuse, etc., that may be caused by unauthorized third party software installed by anyone other than CCV MART. A listing of all software presently installed has been included with your computer. The warranty DOES NOT include repair of any viruses, adware, spyware, etc., that may be picked up by surfing the web, checking emails, etc. If your computer does become infected you can return it to us and we will fix it for a service fee of $59.95. An estimate for any additional repairs will be provided to you in writing and must be pre-paid prior to components being ordered or installed. The warranty DOES NOT cover any accidental damage of any sort, damages from liquids being spilled on it, drops, etc. Computers and supplies can only be returned if there is a component failure or does not turn on, will not connect to our wireless internet source, faulty CDRW/DVD combo drive, or system error when the unit is turned on. We will repair and/or replace the faulty component under this warranty. A refund will only be given if the unit cannot be repaired or replaced with an identical or better unit. Items can be returned that are functioning properly but MUST include all original packaging and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! NOTE: Refurbished/Recertified computer systems may contain scuffs and scratches at times. This is normal wear and tear and does not effect the internal components of the unit. NOTE: If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or any other technician either tampers with, remotely logs into, or changes your computer system settings which causes system problems of any kind completely VOIDS the warranty! • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time. CCV Mart ships to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, your location and the warehouse we ship your item from .
