• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If a handmade item doesn't fit or gets lost, I will get another one to you as soon as I can. If the yarn used was a one time thing, I will refund you. With vintage items, you can return it for a refund. If the post office has lost it, I will only refund you the price of the item, shipping not included.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If your item is made to order or a request, it could take up to 3 weeks all together.
