Items ship from various locations. This is why we use flat rate shipping.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted 5 days after purchase to address on the packing slip. Item listings may have individual instructions for returns.
Refunds are given via paypal only, after inspection of returned item.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on candles, lotions, soaps, tarts or food items.
All returns must be in original packaging, un-used condition.
%10 restocking fee applies on all returns.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We accept orders from around the world, but you must be a Paypal member and verified. NO APO or PO Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your payment is received, we process the order same day before 3pm or the next business day. Custom orders will get an email for exact shipping date. We use USPS priority mail domestic for domestic usually arrives within 5 days. We use USPS International; this may take up to three weeks depending on location. If you prefer another shipping method, let us know.
