• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We don't accept returns or exchanges. But I will repair items for free or at cost depending on severity or damage.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• How do I get an item repaired?

  First, you need to email me a photo/photos of the item in it's damaged state. If it is minor or seems to have happened in shipping I will be happy to repair the item free of charge +shipping. If the damage is severe I will give you an estimate as to what it will cost to fix +shipping.
