• Where does this store ship from?

  Temecula, California. There is a $3.00 charge for most items in my shop. Each additional item in your order is $ 0.50 more. If you live outside of the USA, there is a charge of $5.25 and each additional item in your order is $0.50 more.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do!

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No problem at all! I don't want anyone to keep something from me that they do not want. I will give you a full refund if you mail it back to me.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  I'm Monique and I LOVE making hair accessories. It took me many years to figure out that this is what I should be doing. I try to dabble in a little bit of everything I can (as you can see by looking through my shop) to give people lots of unique items to choose from.
