• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because all of these items are hand-made and most of the time they are custom, no returns will be accepted. If, however, you receive the item and you find a funtional defect, i.e. zipper won't open, tear in the seam, etc. you may contact me, return the item and I will replace it with a new one that is the same or very similar.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. However, if you place a custom order, please allow an additional 5 days. It usually doesn't take that long, it depends on how many orders I have pending. Thanks for your understanding. :)
