• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  For any returns/ exchange request or questions; please contact me at strawberrykiss.tf@gmail.com.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do :) But shipping will be a little bit more in cost.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• Can handcrafted items be custom made or can the colors be changed?

  Yes, I can create your own custom item. Just send me an email at strawberrykiss.tf@gmail.com with the idea, send payment through paypal at the same email address, and you very own design idea will be sent to you asap :)

• Do you normally make more than one of the same item?

  No, I make them once as the idea come to my head. But only by request will I make more than one and that has to be sent to my email at strawberrykiss.tf@gmail.com with the item number and description of the item. From there you can purchase the duplicate add-on directly from paypal and your order will be sent together. Depending on the item, please allow and additional 2 to 14 business days to be sent out. For larger items, please email me and I will let you know how much longer it will take for it to be made and processed.

• Do you have gift wrapping?

  Yes I gift wrap. For gift wrap it is an additional $7.00 per box and comes with a gift message that can be personalized up to 60 characters.

• Who makes the Strawberrykiss items?

  All items are handmade by myself. It's a true labor of love, with a lot of inspiration.

• Do you create gift baskets or bags?

  Yes!! I love making those up :) The cost of a gift basket is $15.00 and the cost of a gift bag is $10.00, plus S&H. To create a basket/bag idea, I can take your purchased items and add them with my own touch. I will take a picture of the finished product and send it to you before it ships of course; for your approval. EX: "Baby It Cold Out Side" Basket includes: (purchased item(s), coffee mug, (1) packet of coco or apple cider mix, small bag of mini marshmallows, candy, flavored lip balm, and basket. If you want a gift basket/bag creation, just select gift basket or gift bag as you would when selecting an item to purchase, and from there it will be created and shipped to you.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers_agreement">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.
