• Where does this store ship from?

  New Jersey.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! But you must purchase EMS shipping for your own protection.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow a minimum of 14 days for the construction of any custom order. Delivery time is 3-5 days for domestic and 5-10 for international.

• What are your wigs made of?

  They are made of heat resistant synthetic fibers and may be heated at a low temperature. Occasionally real hair is used in streaks.

• How do I care for my wig?

  Hang your wigs or store them at room temperature. Use combs and brushes specifically made for wigs as well as hair products. You can purchase synthetic wig shampoo at any beauty supply store for a few dollars and I recommend washing your wig every other wear. To make them last even longer there are many reasonably priced conditioning products available as well.

• Why are your wigs so expensive?

  Because they are awesome, duh! My wigs are made of the most realistic synthetic fibers and real hair and I cut, style, reconstruct, and hand sew them myself. In addition to that, they are expensive and time consuming for me to create. In the future as my business grows and I'm able to order my base wigs in larger bulk orders, I will be able to charge less, so keep supporting me!

• What is your full store policy? EVERYTHING I should read before buying?

  All wigs and custom made clothing and accessory items are made to order, so please understand that once you've placed your order, money and effort is put into the construction of your item and it cannot be canceled. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for this reason. Please take into consideration that these take time to make and kindly do not purchase if you don't have the time to wait. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to be completed, some may take a little longer depending on current order volume, some shorter. I can usually supply your item by a certain date if it's after the 2 week period, but it must be included WITH PAY PAL PAYMENT otherwise I cannot be held responsible if it is late. Rush orders are available for a fee. You may message me at any time with questions or concerns. Delivery Confirmation is included in domestic shipping prices. I do ship internationally, but I only ship EMS for your protection and mine. This includes insurance and tracking in the event that your item is lost or damaged.
