• Where does this store ship from?

  Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items are final sale. (Please do email us at uncultured.store@gmail.com if you experience any problems with your purchase as exceptions can be made in some cases)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Our main selling district is Canada & USA, but international sales are open as well.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Variation through-out, please contact us if you experience any troubles.

• If I know you personally do I have to still pay shipping costs?

  NO! And if you know me personally, please contact me before purchasing as we can do in person exchange with cash or if you want to do debit/credit card i can give you code for free shipping!

• What if I do not know you personally? (Or know you but live outside of your town?)

  I will be happy to ship you your purchases with a shipping fee to cover postage costs!

• Can I reserve an item if I contact you?

  When buying an item please have the money in your possesion when you contact me. Even though this is a website run store, courtesy's still apply when purchasing. I don't do reservations on items, however if you know me personally and would like to try on a clothing item before buying it I will put it "on hold" for 1 week. (This is a courtesy on my part and if you would like to try something on before, when we meet please have the money in hand and be ready to exchange if you decide to purchase)

• If I know you personally can we put off sale exchange until...

  When you contact me to buy something, be ready to meet to do the exchange for money in that week of purchase. (OR if I agree to a later date) I've had some trouble connecting with people since we all lead busy lives. For your satisfaction and connivence I would like to meet at a time and place that is easy for the both of us, so please be organized and diligent about meeting as quickly as possible.

• IMPORTANT LAST NOTE ON ALL PURCHASES:

  If you buy something, you have committed to following through with the purchase. I'd appreciate it if you made yourself available to contact until the time that we either A) meet in person to do the exchange or B) I have received your online payment and you have received your package in the mail.
