All orders shipped within the US are insured through the shipping carrier. Buyer assumes all responsibility for claims made with said carrier.
If for some reason you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days via email or by telephone and we will promptly send the correct item. Return the wrong product with the receipt within 15 days of receiving the items. Please ensure that you send returned goods back using recorded delivery (tracking number). We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit that are being returned to us.
