• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  I do not do refunds. SHOE ART:You are responsible for picking out your own shoes, making sure they fit, etc and telling me what you want on your shoes. I will show you sketches before i actually draw on your shoes if you request this. PORTRAITS: You choose the photograph I draw from and tell me beforehand any variations in the picture you would like. It is your responsibility to tell me these things. I will not ever send you poor quality art, If i mess up, i start over. In fact the art you receive may be the 5th picture.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, but you must be prepared to pay for the shipping costs! :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  SHOES: I will have them completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order. CHARCOAL PORTRAITS: I will have this completed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order. PAINTED PORTRAITS: I will have this completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of your order. (these kind take longer, and sometimes it is hard to get the paint i need right away)

• Will you draw on some other cloth item with sharpies?

  Yes! i WILL! If it is a larger item, I will charge you more, but yes I will do this. Anything white and made of fabric is eligible. This includes backpacks, purses, wallets, belts, etc.

• Will you color on my old shoes?

  Sorry, but no. This is to prevent spread of illness/disease. New shoes only please.

• What happens if my shoes are lost or damaged in some way?

  Im sorry but i am not responsible for loss or damage, be it my fault, your fault, or UPS' fault. I cannot afford to be replacing shoes left and right.
