• Where does this store ship from?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes all international orders along with USA orders are accepted through Storenvy but please visit my UK Blogshop: http://kellascreativewishes.blogspot.com/ if shopping in the UK.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped from the UK most orders depending on the efficiency of international shipping will arrive anywhere from times varying between 2 and 12 weeks. USA and all other international destinations have a standard shipping fee of $3.00. Additional items will add $1.00 each to your shipping costs.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items can be returned if they are damaged in transit and full refunds will be issued on receivership of the damaged item.

• What packaging materials do you use?

  So I don't further waste the earth’s resources, I have opted to package my 'wishes' using mainly recycled materials while adding my own unique style and flare to its overall look.
