• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship via Royal Mail from the bustling city of Manchester in the North West of England, UK. We'll always get proof of postage that your item has been sent. Usually they're very good; quite quick and they look after the item, but occasionally things happen and delays are possible that are entirely outside of our control. If you need your item quickly, contact us and we'll try to arrange something else, but it will probably cost a little more.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Like anything bought on the internet, you're entitled to return your item for whatever reason within 30 days under the Distance Selling Regulations, but if you contact us, we can usually sort your problem out, perhaps even outside this period; maybe you wanted a different a colour or the item wasn't quite what you expected. We'd be grateful if in these circumstances you tried your hardest to keep the item in a good, resellable condition, and returned it with all its packaging.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We're based in the UK, but of course we'll deliver overseas. It's important that you consider the distance and potential delivery time when you order if you're in a hurry.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (i.e. in the UK) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What about your pricing? Everything is in USD ($)

  Storenvy are based in the US, so to manage an international shopping standard, we've converted our prices to USD ($) for this site. Since Paypal is a requirement for Storenvy it can do all the converting for you. There are a number of good exchange rate calculators available if you want to establish the price in your local currency before choosing to buy, such as: http://www.xe.com/ucc/ Please note that large exchange rate fluctuations may result in price changes as we have to cover all our costs.
