What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you have purchased an OFF-THE-RACK item and you decide you don't like it, you may EXCHANGE it for an item of equal or greater value within 7 calendar days. You must contact me to get authorization BEFORE you send it back. Item must be in original condition and packed with all original materials. You are responsible for paying the shipping back to me and will not be reimbursed. If the value of the new item is greater than the value of the item you are exchanging, you will need to pay the difference before your new item will be shipped.
There is no refund or exchange on bespoke (MADE TO ORDER) pieces since I do not keep a running stock of those. The purpose of bespoke jewelry is that the item is made specifically for your dimension and has never been worn or tried on by another soul. In the unlikely event of manufacturing defect, item will be replaced with the same item with same measurements/dimensions or repaired. Whether said item is replaced or repaired will be at my discretion. I will repair whenever possible. All bespoke items are handmade and quality checked before shipping. They leave here in perfect condition and perfectly functional for their intended use.

If an item is damaged in shipping, please save all materials and contact me immediately as I will need to file a claim with the shipper (USPS, unless you request shipping by another shipping vendor). If you are claiming damage due to shipping, you MUST cooperate with the claims process or replacement of the item cannot occur.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I do! Use the contact links and send me an email with your city/country and I will be happy to get a shipping price for you based on what your order will weigh.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Off-the-Rack items are shipped within one (3) business days and I will send you an email letting you know your treasured item is safely on its way to you.
Bespoke or Made-to-Order items are shipped within 10 working days. I strive to under-promise and over-deliver, so I always aim to beat time estimates. I know it's hard to wait, so if you've ordered a Made-to-Order item, I will contact you via email before I start work on your piece and give you status updates throughout the process. I will also send you an email the day it ships so that you will know your treasured item is safely on its way to you.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
I use USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for all orders in the contiguous United States of America.

Do you do jewelry for brides and wedding parties?
I *love* working with brides and their families. Shoot an email to me and I'll be happy to discuss your event with you. If you are local to me, I'm happy to meet with you to see your dress and bridal colors in person.
Do you ever make jewelry for prom?
Yes, I'm happy to work with you to make something that will coordinate with your prom attire perfectly!
Do you make all the jewelry in your store yourself?
Yes, I do. Mine are the hands that make everything I sell.
If I do occasionally sell handmade jewelry by other artists, I will state so at the item, so there is no confusion. I'm very particular, so if such were to happen, their hand-crafting skill would be equal to or greater than my own.
