• Where does this store ship from?

• How do you ship your products?

  We use the good old-fashioned United States Postal Service. All packages are sent certified mail. Which means you and I will receive a little green slip, when you receive your package to make sure that it got there safely. All products, are hand-wrapped, and include the following: Personal thank you letter, Invoice, Business Card, and for packages totaling over $25 include our logo as a pinback button.

• Products are made from?

  This differs with each product. However, generally our products include all types of yarn: acrylic, wool-blend, mohair, cashmere, cotton. Metal hair clips, Buttons, bottlecaps, fabric. All products are handmade with care, free from smoke and pet hair.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We do not offer Returns or Exchanges. If you have any questions whatsoever about our product, please email us before you buy. We will take you step by step, so you feel comfortable purchasing from us.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
