• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  **Please be aware that the deposit can not be refunded.*** **Considering the custom nature of my work, I can not accept any returns. I take care in packaging the item and your cake topper should arrive safe. Let me know as soon as possible if the item arrived damaged and we will work on getting you a refund or repairing the item.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are custom made. I try to have your cake topper finished withing 2-4 weeks prior to the date needed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is your payment policy?

  Payment is due at the time of your purchase. If you need a bit more time, just let me know... start a conversation or email me. I will do my best to accommodate you! My preferred payment method is PayPal, I will accept money orders and cashiers checks, but please contact me prior to sending a money order or cashiers check... No personal checks Please!!! ***Please note all deposits are non-refundable***
